At UD Bazaar, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

  1. Return Eligibility
    You may request a return if:
    The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
    The item does not match the description shown in the app
    The request is made within 3 days of receiving the product
    To be eligible for a return:
    The item must be unused and in its original packaging
    Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) must be provided
    Certain items such as perishable goods, personal care products, or customized items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
  2. Return Process
    To initiate a return:
    Contact our support team via email or phone.
    Provide your order ID and a brief explanation of the issue.
    If required, share clear photos of the product.
    Once approved, our team will guide you through the return procedure.
  3. Refund Policy
    Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
    Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
    Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
    If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund may be processed through bank transfer or mobile financial service.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    Orders may be canceled before shipment without any charge.
    Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the return process will apply instead.
  5. Non-Refundable Situations
    Refunds may not be granted if:
    The product has been used or damaged after delivery
    The return request is made after the allowed return window
    The issue does not meet the return criteria
